• Attached is the worksheet. Please prepare and study TWO books for next week's MCAS. Pay special attention to the characters--their personalities, actions, beliefs, and conflicts--and WHY and HOW these qualities effect the theme / overall meaning of the book.
• Also attached is a worksheet that lists every MCAS prompt used from 2005-2009. Please think about how the characters in your book matche each prompt.
• Monday second A I will give you a prompt and have you outline an essay based on a book you prepared.
• Tuesday is the first day of MCAS, and you will spend the day writing the Long Composition Essay based on a book you prepared.
